Creating a new residential community in CHEERS? With templates, you can now easily replicate existing data for use with single family home plans.

What are templates?

Templates replicate your document data into alternate other lots’ forms through-out the new construction community. Next time you complete one of the below documents, check the “Use Templates to Pre-fill Your Forms” box for the data to be copied to all other lots of that plan.

How to use templates

Manage your plan’s templates by going to the Community Details page and click the plan button.

What forms currently work with templates?

Currently the template features works with the following forms: ENV01, ENV03, ENV04, LTG01, LTG02, MCH01, EEF01, PVB01 (2019), and the SPV01 (2016).
